Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We request only permissions reasonably needed for an enabled feature. Platform data is not used for unrelated profiling, sold to data brokers, or shared with independent advertisers. A platform may independently collect information when you use its service. Review that platform's privacy policy and account controls for details.

07
International data transfers
Lefeng is based in Guangzhou, China and serves customers internationally. Your information may be processed in China and in countries where our customers, platforms, cloud providers, email providers, carriers, or other service partners operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws in your country.
Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.
08
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described in this Policy, including inquiry follow-up, project development, repeat orders, warranty or quality records, platform connections, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal, tax, customs, or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.
Connected platform tokens and related data are retained while the integration is active or as needed to provide the requested feature. When authorization is revoked or a verified deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify the affected platform data within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security needs, or a documented dispute.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure transmission where supported, encryption for stored platform credentials, monitoring, backups, and staff or contractor confidentiality controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09
Your rights and choices

You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and lodge a complaint with a competent privacy authority.
- Marketing: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us. We may still send non-marketing messages about an active inquiry, order, security issue, or legal matter.
- Cookies: use available consent controls and browser settings.
- Platform permissions: disconnect or revoke the integration in the relevant platform account settings.

10
Data deletion and platform authorization revocation
To request deletion, email privacy@lefengjewelry.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request," or follow our Data Deletion Instructions. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry, account, or connected platform, but do not send passwords or full payment credentials.
You can also revoke access directly through the connected platform's security, apps, permitted services, or third-party access settings. Revocation stops future API access, but it may not automatically delete records we are legally required to retain. After verification, we will delete, de-identify, or restrict information as required and confirm completion when appropriate.
11
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
